Real assets first. Legal claim first.
Ventra Bond is structured around a clean separation between real-world collateral, legal issuance, onchain tokenization, investor controls, and lifecycle management. A bond should be published only when every layer is in place.

From RWA to investor wallet.
The Ventra reference flow makes each layer explicit so that nothing is implied. The real-world asset, the issuer, the investor rights, and the Robinhood Chain token record all need to connect cleanly.
RWA Pool
Eligible collateral such as receivables, private credit, treasury exposure, or structured real-world assets.
SPV / Issuer
A legal issuer or bankruptcy-remote structure holds or secures the asset pool.
Verification
Attestation, data publication, legal documents, trustee roles, and compliance checks.
Bond Token
The onchain record of bond ownership with compliant transfer and lifecycle controls.
Investor Access
Subscription, coupon flows, secondary trading, and redemption through approved pathways.
Public data interface
Ventra currently supports a live public interface for Robinhood Stock Token data, Robinhood Chain network checks, and contract verification for the configured project token address.
No bond claim without issuance
Ventra does not represent that a live bond exists unless the issuer, documentation, contract, investor rules, and settlement structure have been published.
